Pay Transparency
As of June 7, 2026, the Pay Transparency Directive entered into force for all EU Member States, gradually presenting employers with more than 100 employees with the challenges of the new regulatory framework, whose main goal is fair pay levels. Taking this into account, some of the specialized services we offer in this area include:
- Preparation of pay transparency policies;
- Creation and implementation of assessment systems related to pay transparency;
- Preparation of reports to the Commission for Protection against Discrimination, among others.
